Backend Developer

Qualifier.ai is now looking for its first — aside from the technical co-founder — full-time developer!

Qualifier.ai is introducing technology to a segment that traditionally is very manual and we are helping companies all over the world to increase revenue. We are just in the beginning of our technical journey, and the right candidate will have the possibility to influence the way our technical decisions take place going forward. For the right person this will give great opportunity to become VP Engineering / Tech lead as we grow the development team even further. If you do not wish to proceed to a managerial role, that's fine too. :)

You need to be entrepreneurial, agile, and very keen on getting things done.

You'll be working with our Ruby and Rails codebase to develop new features, as well as writing automation code for scouring the web for leads for our users. Other responsibilities include identifying technical bottlenecks, scaling, security concerns, as well as performance issues.

  • Strong background in backend development and testing
  • At least rudimentary server ops
  • Front end and basic design are great plusses

Account Manager

The role

As an Account Manager you will be the owner of the whole process when it comes to developing new businesses - from the initial contact with a possible client to renewing their plans. We believe in strong long-term relationships with our clients and expect our Account Managers to do the same.

Some of your key responsibilities are:

  • Developing new business as well as maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients in your portfolio
  • Identifying, implementing and maximizing opportunities to upsell
  • Demonstrate Qualifier to clients, making them understand how Qualifier can help them and benefit their organization
  • Helping Qualifier develop internal sales processes and the product itself


  • Previous experience within sales or account management - preferably B2B
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience working in a startup is meritable (especially SaaS)

You are driven, socially fearless and are comfortable working in a start-up environment. You are a team player and enjoy contributing with new ideas and solutions. You are result-oriented and love to close deals but never without putting the clients’ needs first and foremost.

Customer Success Agent

The role

  • External support towards our clients and users
  • Make sure (together with the rest of the CS-team) that customers are onboarded in the best way possible
  • Together with the founders develop the Customer Success team from the ground up
  • Help, with feedback from customers, with product development
  • Internal support towards the Sales-team and the Customer Success-team


  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role
  • Love talking to customers and solving their problems
  • Like to have a lot own responsibility and like to take own initiatives
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing
  • Be a positive person that sees opportunities were others might see problems
  • Be incredibly driven and like to work hard
  • Be a humble fearless team player
